Just went to a groovy bakery and loaded up on all sorts of things I probably shouldn't eat. Love this place. We picked up their breakfast sandwiches, amazing cinnamon roles, and their New Year special quiche. I am now fatter and happier.

Breakfast bake. pre cooked tater tots in a glass baking dish. covered with bacon, then cooked peppers and onions. Pour whipped eggs over the whole thing, cover with cgrated Dubliner cheese. Bake in converted oven at 400 till the cheese is melted and browned.

Nothing exciting and tail end of it but Bacon/Egg/Cheese sandwich for me and just Bacon/Eggs for the grand baby bc she hates bread
