Breakfast - whatcha making?

Just pulled these out of the oven, and making bacon and eggs to accompany.
 
Pepper bacon, and a spinach/ cheese omelette. Phenomenal Spinach/asiago bagels from a local bagel joint. They might not be traditional, but dang are they good.

I usually eat oatmeal or boiled eggs. I started eating healthy about last month. After that I started to feel healthier and more active. I also found many vitamin complexes on the Canadian Pharmacy Partnership that I would really like to try. I don't know how I could eat fast food before, especially for breakfast, but I understand now why I felt so terrible
