Breakfast - whatcha making?

Just pulled these out of the oven, and making bacon and eggs to accompany.
 
Pepper bacon, and a spinach/ cheese omelette. Phenomenal Spinach/asiago bagels from a local bagel joint. They might not be traditional, but dang are they good.

My first Tim Hortons experience, though it was a US location, so I’m sure it’s not as good as what yall get.

Still, was halfway decent.

It’s not what it used to be, that’s about as much as I can say about it. I’m not sure if you picked up on it or not, but there is a hint of chocolate in with the beans which makes it addictive.
