A Good Hotdog is Divine

I just had to come in here and comment hot dogs are ok unless they are covered in chili onions and cheese

Wrong.

Now I want a hot dog.
My Mom was an absolute fanatic when it came to hot dogs. To the point that she would cook up steaks and then slap a couple Kowalskis on the grill at the end for herself........
Or have a hot dog with eggs in the morning.
She would never think of buying mushy, nasty packaged hot dogs like BallParks.

A nice juicey Bratwurst, a little of this stuff and some sweet pickle relish on either a Kings Hawaiian roll or a sourdough roll..... Yum!

Agreed, especially when it's $1.50 IMG_6513.jpeg

I love a good hot dog, with pickles, onions, tomatoes, and mustard.A chili cheese dog isnt too bad either.

There's a guy in our little town who operates a hot dog stand out of an 8x8x8 foot building. He uses Ball Park Franks, and other hot dogs infused with various tastes. Even has a hot links dog.

It's just this one guy. No employees, and he is open from 10am to 5pm Wednesday through Sunday. Some holidays.

I talked too him once. Said he sells about 500 hot dogs a week at between $1.50, and $4.00. His start up costs were less than $2K, most of which was due to permits, and licensing.

There's a casino in Mesquite NV who sells hot dogs for $0.75. The lady has all the trimming you would want. She says she sells on average, 3.5K hot dogs a week.

@JB have you ever done a hotdog bar for an event?

Divine indeed

Breakfast hotdogs need to become a thing.

Pancake bun w/ sausage dog.

I’m not against that talk.
I've seen breakfast corndogs like this, but I need a hot dog. Pancake bun, sausage dog, syrup topping.

Why doesnt this exist?

Can we start the trademark process? I’m pretty sure there would be a following.
