I always liked his segments on Lights Out with David Spade (great show).
The best way i can describe his podcast is it's got some shades of Stephen Colbert when he did the Daily Show, but less obvious that he's playing a character
i had to google to see who this was, then it was funny

The chef at Kobe’s set the shrimp on fire and then started singing, “your food is on fiirrreee” like Alicia Keys, and I’m ashamed how much I laughed at that
