Something needs to be done about how they’re using LTIR. If NJ can be hit for cap circumventing back with the Kovalchuck contract, they can do something about these players magically getting healthy and teams being over the cap

Crazy thing is that this was brought up at the board of governors meeting this year and nobody had an issue with it. I bet they will now.
