I got it off Amazon, it’s very adjustable and comfortable. Check out GoRuck they have some great products (expensive), eventually I want to upgrade to one of their rucks.A vest, interesting, I like this idea.

I hate cardio is well. But enjoy walking. This just makes walking harder, lol. It’s a great workout.Oh good call, I'm not a cardio person, so even a regular walk makes my shins hurt. Thanks!

My cross fit buddy says the same thing. He and his Air Force son were doing 4-6 miles after the weather broke this past winter and he had all kinds of sciatic pain. He's 58 and in phenomenal shape (35 minute Murphy Challenge) and said it is the only thing that messes him up. I think he was doing 40-50lb pack.Take it from a 10 year infantry man, rucking will destroy your back and hips.
What's the point of that?So its to make walking less enjoyable?
Here is the one I ordered. Came with weight plates, and I’ve ordered more since then.Ryan do you have a link? I am very intrigued but not ready to make the plunge to GoRuck due to pricing
I do. I ruck as well. Why don’t you just play golf? Walk and carry your clubs.
It’s a great workout, wear some good shoes as blisters can be a thing. This seems like a great exercise. Gonna have to give it a try.
