Are there any craps players out there? Do you play Pass line or Don't Pass, and why? Recommended Vegas casinos you prefer?

I dont gamble anymore, but I played a lot of Craps. Played the Pass Line always with max odds and then two Come bets also with max odds.
Vegas Casinos? The RIO of course, because we will be there with 40 THPers next month.
Any specific blackjack table, Mike? This is just the 1 game I havent learned how to play...yet
I'll sit at a blackjack table all night long though
I've never played there, but Casino Royale has some of the highest allowed odds bets around, something like 50x-100x your Pass line bet.Recommended Vegas casinos you prefer?

It's kind of a dump, but 100x odds and they used to have a $3 minimum table. So, you can theoretically bet $303 and the house has no advantage on $300 of it. Also, $1 beers (free while you're playing, of course).I've never played there, but Casino Royale has some of the highest allowed odds bets around, something like 50x-100x your Pass line bet.
I have not learned Casino craps yet. Every Super Bowl, some family of mine gets together for a big craps came out in the sticks. It is basically betting against/with the roller. It is a lot of fun and it doesn't get too heated even though there can be a lot of money changing hands.
Rolled a lot of dice in my day. Haven't done it that much in the past couple years.
My buddy was a devout No Pass better. Bet with the house to crap out, right? In summary you're pretty much hoping the roller establishes a point before rolling a 7. You don't often see this technique since it's sort of taboo. You're betting for the majority if not the whole table to lose.
I crunched some numbers back in college when I was studying statistics. Probability wise they're still both poor bets.
I thought both bets had about 49% odds, which were some of the best in the casino, regarless of the game. I'm a finance guy, only had 2 stats classes, so I could be off, however.
I dont believe in laying odds playing the Dont Pass. I understand the premise behind minimizing the risk of the Come Out Roll, putting out $20 in hopes of winning $10 back is not for me (using 4 or 10 as example).
Don't Pass actually has better slightly better odds @ 48.64% then the Pass line @ 48.59%. Definantly some of the best in the casino aside from Odds bets.
The laying odds against a number with with the Don't Pass looks worse than it is, in my opinion. There are six ways to make a 7, only three ways to make a 4 or 10. And you can hedge the hard 4\10 with a multi roll bet for only $1-2 bucks.
I do agree that I lose a lot of the social aspect of the game by playing the "Dark Side", but I'm there to try to make $. I may not get rich off a heater like the Pass Line players do, but I'm not going to go bust in 5 minutes like they will, either.
Again, I dont think there is anything wrong with it, I just dont believe in putting down twice as much money than I can earn on odds just to avoid the come out roll. I studied this game for a long time during my gambling days. Won and lost far too much to think about now as I dont play anymore. For the small amount of statistical advance (I believe its .05%)(which is erased when odds come into play) in playing as the Wrong Bettor, to me its not worth it, especially considering how much fun is lost at the table. Again for me. YMMV
I got to play one last time in AC with the folks at the THP Outing. It was fun. It was an event. THPers all together crowding the table playing as one. If I am going to gamble, and not do it for a living, I want to enjoy the idea of playing with friends. If I am doing it to get rich....Well, that ship has sailed. They keep those lights on and those casinos being built somehow.
