I'm 65 SP and I too say pursue you dream. It seems that you have correctly evaluated the situation and you really don't want to always regret letting the one great opportunity slip through your fingers. Go for it buddy.

No brainer man. You can always get back into teaching and coaching HS football. Just think how much more marketable you'll be with college coaching experience and an advanced degree.

Plus you'll get a HS coaching job pretty dang quick if you have this on your résumé. They'll make teaching jobs for you.
