Tonight was grilled cheese, pickles, and spicy pickled cauliflower.

The cauliflower might be the tastiest thing I have made in the past 6 months.

In the perogies? Potato and white cheddar. Just cheap frozen store bought ones.
Toss them in a glass dish with butter and raw onions. Foil on top. 1 hour at ~350 *F.
