We are driving through central Cali right now and the wildflowers are in bloom and so pretty. Coming down the hill looked like a purple blanket so pretty!! Aside from my allergies, spring is my fav time of year :)

We have a Crumbs near us. I'm a huge sweets fan and you wouldn't be able to tell from looking at me that I've got such a big sweet tooth! I like their fillings in the cupcakes :good:

I noticed that too. I was thinking that we might need a confession thread, but then I realized I already know way too much about some of you and who knows what would get posted there.
 
This God awful week is finally over. The last three have sucked from a work standpoint. Next week we arranged a light work load. Won't make any money, but if the weather cooperates, Mrs. Esox, Junior Lancer, and I will be spending some time on the golf course.

If the weather cooperates.

Did I mention the weather needs to cooperate?

Time Warner added Fox Soccer Channel HD this week. They also added Fox Soccer Plus, but you only get it with a tier that costs $4 a month. There's no City games on Plus the rest of the season, so we'll pass on that one.

Before I met my wife, I would have agreed with that!

That said, the bill is too high as it is for everything. They should just reduce it, period.

The florist just delivered my table centerpiece for tomorrow. I forgot to tell her colors, but got lucky - they match my tablecloth perfectly and are beautiful.
 
My two best golf friends are at Pinehurst for the week. Long story, but I couldn't join them - I know that belongs in the Sad thread, but they have been emailing me and sending photos when they have good shots/holes, which is very sweet.
 
Still pending: The wife wants to up our Dish Network package to get more cartoons for junior. This also means Golf Channel will be added! :clapp:
 
went to the casino today for the first time and doubled up what I bet, so that wasn't too bad, at one point was almost triple but unfortunate that I lost it.

What are you playing, Dent? Blackjack? You're too young and probably don't smoke enough to play the slots.

I threw in 20.00 on the slots and was up and down and cashed out at around $13 or so. I really think they are pointless and don't completely understand them. I can't believe how quick the money went down with those..

And yes I was playing blackjack.
