I am one step away from where I grew up! (Just across the hallway)

I bought my childhood home after Mom died. (I already owned 1/3; I bought out my brother and sister for their shares)
 
Depending on how you define "growing up". Closest? about an hour drive. Farthest? about a 15 1/2 hour flight.

I actually live directly across the street from the house my wife grew up in and yes my in laws still live there

Depending on how you define "grew up" (I mean age range) it will either be 6 blocks or 3 houses down. So I voted less than 15 minutes:p
 
15.85 hrs and 1014 miles. Unfortunately not far enough…
 
8 hours or so, about 530 miles.
 
I live about a mile from where I grew up. We moved here when I was 11 so I consider it where I grew up. Left for a few years during college and my early 20's.
 
About an hour from my old neighborhood. Moved a few times but when it was time I came home to Houston
 
Roughly 7 hours I believe.
 
25 minutes from the house I grew up in (Mom & Dad still live there) 35 minutes from the hospital I was born in. Live in my wife's hometown though she was born an hour away and lived all over southwest Ohio growing up...
 
I finally read the first post.

I live 20 hours from where I grew up but I live 2.5 hours from where I lived finishing high school and currently only 18 minutes from where my parents eventually moved to. Seems I’m a lot closer to home than originally thought
 
Roughly 20 hours from my home town in Southern California. I miss it everyday day.
 
30 minutes from early childhood hometown, moved to current city for middle school
 
I currently live about 40 miles from where I grew up in western Wisconsin but I did spend over two decades in California and moved back close to “home” in 2018.

Starting in October we’ll be calling Florida home for 7 months each winter which is a 1,755 mile car ride. :)
