First and last scores of 2023

First: Jan 21 - 103
Last: November 4 - 88
 
83* (+11) on Jan 3rd at my home course Rivercut
81* (+11) on Dec 26th at Whispering Oaks
We still have one more round schedulded for Dec 30th at Rivercut

*Scores aren't 100% legit. Winter Rules outside official posting season means we sometimes fluff fairway lies and rake/place in traps.
 
First round of 2023 = 80 at Osage National in Missouri 3/30

Last Round of 2023 = 76 at Spring Brook GC Mora MN 10/6

Will know my last score Sunday but my first score was a 43 on a small 9 course 1/1/23
 
First Round: 2/28/23 La Purisma Golf Course, 85
Last Round: 12/22/23 Pasatiempo Golf Course, 86

I might be able to sneak in one last final round of the year this Saturday, but weather will determine that.

I just got word that my most frequented course is opening tomorrow, because our snow is not materializing here in Northern Utah. I am definitely thinking about playing and the high on Saturday will be 45* and overcast.
 
I am cracking the door back open here. It looks like I will get in one more round tomorrow, which is totally unexpected. It will be cold, so I am not really looking at it as something where I will go shoot some great number, but it will be fun to get out and chase that ball around.
 
First score of this year was an 81 on 1/2. Last score was an 82 on 12/22, but I am playing tomorrow so that could change.
 
The first one was a 97 in Florida Jan 18th.
The last one was an 85 in Northern Michigan Sept 23
 
First round was 83, last round was 90. Meh.
 
Scratch what I said about last round being played- 63* and sunny on Sunday. Gotta squeeze in one more round before a cold front hits.
 
First 93 , Last 84
Went from a 12 to an 8 over the course of the year.
 
94 - white tees (76/129) - Mar 27
91 - gold tees (72/120) - May 30

This reminds me of a good exchange between two guys yesterday.

One complaining about not getting better. The other replied -
Every year I don't get worse I'm winning.

I liked that.
