At one time in Vegas, there was a fast food place "Blacketts" that served an egg/burger sandwich. Had all the trimming on it too.

This for me as well - love a runny yolk - nature's sauce.

But not at all times - I'm also in for mushrooms with Swiss cheese on a burger as a treat.
