Do you find you prefer a griddle / flat top to an open flame grill? I’m in the market.
We really like the Blackstone. Not sure I'd like it better than my Weber gas grill if I didn't have the smoker

Costco has a pretty good Blackstone deal I’m considering. Then a smoker. I think a flat top may be more flexible for different foods when cooking outdoors. Thanks.

We gave our grill away when we got the Blackstone, and bought that at Costco
