I've switched so much food wise and exercise.
I'm trying one last thing and if I stay the same, at least I'm heart healthy and will have outlived my Dad.
I'm about ready to accept weight set point theory as an actual thing and not worry about myself so much.

Short answer, yes. I would be just warming up on the range knowing that the range balls at most courses are **** at representing true distance on the course.
