Billy Mack. Because I'm called "Billy Mac," and it's the best bang for the buck. Not me... it.
 
Classique to start. As that’s how I judge a brewery’s skills. Then grabbing a “Chinnook me all night “.
 
I might be partial to the Billy Mac, but the Christmas Ghost thing sounds pretty awesome too.
 
Mellow IPA looks right, after that it’s Brews Lee 🍻

Right now probably the Festbier. The Ziggy Hopdust sounds interesting.

Astrodog or Chugnorris would be a good place to start.
 
Out of these I'd have to go cider, I can't drink most beers anymore. Give me the blackberry just to mix it up.
