So I'm having a lot of trouble finding a reliable post or video on how to adjust the sleeve on a SLDR driver. Obviously loft up and down are easy to understand, but all the lines in between and those involving an upright lie aren't specified. Any ideas?

It works something along the lines of:

Standard: loft = standard, face angle = standard, lie angle = flattest

1 click towards lower: loft = 0.5* lower, face angle = 0.5* more open, lie angle = more upright than standard
2 clicks towards lower: loft = 1.0* lower, face angle = 1.0* more open, lie angle = more upright again
Lower setting: loft = 1.5* lower, face angle = 1.5* more open, lie angle = more upright again

1 click towards higher: loft = 0.5* higher, face angle = 0.5* more closed, lie angle = more upright than standard
2 clicks towards higher: loft = 1.0* higher, face angle = 1.0* more closed, lie angle = more upright again
Higher setting: loft = 1.5* higher, face angle = 1.5* more closed, lie angle = more upright again

After the higher and lower settings, you work your way back to standard loft and face angle settings, but the lie gets progressively more upright. So, for example:

1 click from lower towards upright: loft = 1.0* lower than standard, face angle = 1.0* more open than standard, lie angle = more upright than the other 1.0* lower / 1.0* open combo setting

And you work your way round to:

Upright: loft = standard, face angle = standard, lie angle = most upright
