I have a Weber gas grill, a Weber Smokey Joe with a Tamale Pot extension for making into a Mini Smokey Mountain, a 21" Kettle and a 55 Gallon UDS smoker.
I have not done any big cuts since moving to NC since we need enough people coming over to share it with but I have done ribs, wings, cold smoked cheese and such regularly and even smoked burgers (soo easy and tasty).
