Has anyone thought about or tried getting a custom shaft on a niblick? I play KBS Tour 120s stiff for my irons and really like my niblicks but the shafts feel too light. Curious if folks think this won't matter except for full shots.

The DG Spinners won't work for the nib because the nib is .370 and the DG Spinners are .335 tip size I believe.

I know this is an old thread but I am working on this now. Just had my 49 nib re-shafted with project x 6.0 shafts that are in all my other irons and wedges. I'm finding that for chips very near the collar or in the rough right next to the green, my touch is better - but for pitch shots from 30 to 40 yards out I seem to struggle with distance. This wasn't a problem last year. Any thoughts? Anyone else re- shaft a nib?
