Neck / welding services

Has anyone had their putter neck converted or welded and can you recommend where you had the work done? I'm looking to get one of my mallets converted to a plumber neck or hopefully a long neck

After doing some research I found that Bastain Milled pretty much disappeared and stopped responding to people so anything other than him

I’d try to find a non production machine shop. The would be able to fabricate and weld, or at least have connections to a good welder
