I began this build (my first full set build) with Wishon 560MC heads that were used but in great condition thinking that I was just going to do a standard SW build but decided to go all out and build it to MOI. I won't bore you all with that, but here is the basic stats for this. I weighed and sorted everything (ferrules, heads, shafts, grips, epoxy) I added tip and hosel weights to get the weights right. I also built the lengths in .4 increments instead of the normal .5.

I dry-fit everything and measured 3x before I cut or eposied :) and I used my golf ruler to measure club lengths, air compressor to install grips and cut shafts.

It was a lot of fun, confusing at times, and I learned a lot. The shafts are pullout Nippon 1150gh Pro shafts in Stiff flex, grips are Karma MultiCompound's, heads are Wishon 560MC Forged 5-AW.

I am not completely done with it yet and will update this thread with the pictures after I finish turning down the ferrules, and paintfill the heads.

I will also be building the other 2 wedges and building a set of Wishon 870ti with FST 115's in a week or so and will use this thread for all that are interested. I also built 2 drivers and 1 FW that I will update on here as well.

Without further adieu, the pics...

That's all for now. I have other pics of the other wedges and stuff, but I'll wait until I finish them to update the thread.

Neat project to follow. I have wanted to do this work for a while but have yet to dive into it.

very nice! Club building is a lot of fun

looking good!

Nice pics and work man!!! I wish I knew how to do all that stuff. Maybe at some point in my life....

Nice work, rpr!

Did you pick up new badges because the old ones were damaged?

No, the old badges were fine, I just liked the new ones a lot better. The old ones are a yellowish bubble looking badge and the new one is sweet looking IMHO. Jman feels differently :)

That makes sense. I'm going to do this over the winter I believe. I'll be bothering you soon about it hehe.

Wow, great job! You are actually making me re-think trying to re-shaft my irons myself. I have a set of KBS Custom's on the way and I was going to try to re-shaft my self but it looks like it's more involved than I thought. Good for you for taking the time to do everything.

Run, somehow I missed this thread. Great job, man I love those 560mc's. How do you like MOI matched? Do you feel a difference to swingweight matching?

Those turned out great! I hope they play as good as they look!

I like them a lot. Although i've just used them on the range thus far. I did a better job, by about 10 fold on the 870ti's that I built with FST's, but that was all new stuff and easier to add weights and get it perfect. I will post my results in here in the next day or so. I really, really like the 870ti's, and i'm alternating playing them and my G20's.
