Hey all,
I've assumed the role of commish at my club, we have a group of about 100 guys where we use TeamSnap (phone app) to sign up for a Saturday, Sunday or holiday daily matches. We play a 5-2-1 Nassau internal with a sweeps for the big game (we usually have 12-20 people signed up for any given day) that's usually 2 best ball or whatever we declare before we start. with a $20 buy in. The hardest part so far is building the groups as it is manual and can take some time for bigger days such as yesterday where I had to manage 28 guys through 7 groups. Is there an easier way to do this besides me manually checking everyone's handicap and using Excel as seen below? I already pay $130 for Teamsnap for signups so if there's another pay option I'd hope it incorporates that so I can stop paying that bill. What do you guys do that organize games among a large group of folks?
