Kbs vs project x flighted?

My s-300's are to heavy for my taste and want a lighter shaft that will keep the ball down as well. Wondering what are people's thoughts are that have hit them both. Iron swing speed around 80-85
 
Have you thought about graphite or the True Temper SLs? I went with the SLs on my irons because of the weight.
 
Lots of great options now with those you mentioned plus TT's line, Nippon, and of course graphite. Dont let the graphite stigma fool you, the manufacturing and technology is very good now.
 
Graphite shafts would bug me too much to use. I was at golf galaxy last week hitting my same clubs with kbs shafts and they seemed so much lighter than mine.
 
PX Flighted and KBS will launched higher then the DG's.

DG SL would be the easiest way to go or Nippon's to stay in the steel world.
 
What are sl's?
 
I know you say that "graphite bug" you, but maybe wait and keep an open mind to the new Miyazaki iron shafts coming out next spring?
