Anyone ever done one?

Recently watched the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead and decided to do one for 10 days.

Bought a juicer and just made breakfast, lunch, and my "snack" for tomorrow, all consisting of nothing but fruit/vegetable juice.

I plan on keeping this post updated as I go in case anyone else wants to try it!

And for the record, watch the documentary I mentioned above. It's excellent, even if it doesn't compel you!

Day 1 is tomorrow, so my last solid food for 10 days was my Chipotle bowl today! Wish me luck, ladies and gents.
