what kinds of good cavity backs are being made right now? im looking to get some new irons when i graduate. i can't hit blades yet, so just give me some details about some new and good irons. thanks guys.

New stuff...There is a lot of it. On the front page we just recently reviewed the Nike VR Split Cavity backs. Great irons. I am using those and testing out the Nickent 4dx Pro CBs as well. There are tons of options. I recommend hitting a few and seeing which ones feel the best.

Adams and Ping are good as well... but definately get fitted.

I personally recommend x-22's or the vr splits. Both have good feel and the splits are more workable in my opinion. Take a look at mizunos too, they feel like butter if you like that
