As important, is a quality specification gauge. I would rather have a simple bending machine and a good spec gauge than just a good bending machine.. The two go hand in hand for quality work. Bend - measure- bend- measure. Budget for both if you can.

Depending on how much you will be using it, the value line bending machine and gauge should be sufficient. If you’ll use it a lot or for other people you should move up to the higher models.

Aww, so you are saying something like this - https://www.golfworks.com/maltby-golf-club-gauge/p/gw1040/ - that you really need to two if you are going to do it properly?
Yes- that looks like a great gauge. I would not be unhappy with the value bending devise and that gauge if that is what the budget calls for. https://www.golfworks.com/value-line-golf-club-bending-machine/p/vam/ You will need a bending bar as well- https://www.golfworks.com/non-marring-bending-bar/p/bnmb/ Always check ebay - there is a beautiful spec gauge there now.

Mitchell Golf also has a line of bending equipment, for what it's worth.
