It funny. I have been to some really nice courses and the members basically park on the green. Made me care a little less as long as I didn’t wreck anything. Plus. If it is me. Once I am out of sight screw those cart path only signs. Ll

Sometimes those signs mean "beyond this point". I have seen that a lot. Given he is parked in line with the sign it's possible that is what's happening here.
