Haven’t been able to do anything golf related all summer. While it feels much better my lower back has been a painful mess . Doc says I can avoid surgery so that’s good. Hope to be able to hit some balls next month.

If it ever stops raining I’ll get a round in. Between the lockdown work and the weather I’ve yet to play a round. Did get a new to me Jeep Sahara to carry my clubs in though.

Well there is one course open very close to me. It’s craptapstic and overpriced but open . Might have to settle it’s been about 4 months since I’ve played .

The only club I feel that is holding me back is my driver. Let me rephrase that. It’s me swinging my driver. I’m thinking the leave it in the bag route is the best for me.

Been a really busy holiday season. Between the weather and commitments I’ve had no time for golf. Hope everyone has a great holiday. Company Christmas party tonight, I’ll try to behave so I’m still employed when it’s over.

Short game cost me 12 strokes easy. Missed some easy putts and was spraying wedges everywhere . Did have a great second shot on a 460 yard par 4. Left myself with about 220 into the wind and smoked a 4iron to within 12 ft on a postage stamp green. 2putt for par.

Well yesterday wasn’t stellar . Shot a 97. So ...I’m heading back out today . Upside was the driver play was solid .

Forgive me if there is already a thread on this topic, also if I put it in the wrong subforum. Here is the rub. My sig shows my clubs . I bought most of them about nine years ago used them about 5 times then a series of events made me leave the game until now. So.... these are still new to me...

Ah spring! Been a horrible last 9mos or so and I plan on spending as much time with my clubs as possible this year. If worrying about my slice is the worst of my troubles this year I'll be happy as can be. LOL BTW JB this place has exploded! Great job.
