Grip hand type, I alter based on how my hands feel that day. Grip position is something new to me as a change has been requested by my coach. Going a little stronger. This is a work in progress for me, so no time line yet:(

Also a valid data point is all these numbers are total and not carry only. For the person just getting into the tracking it is important to know the difference when pulling a club. It's not always obvious, just worth mentioning for someone beginning the journey.
