I'm convinced that, if I wind up in Hell, I'll be a furniture mover for all eternity...
There's almost nothing I hate worse than moving, and I'm so happy we just made a "semi-permanent?" move to Arizona this year.
My buddy Randy is the perfect example of how that can happen. He is decently long off the tee at 240+, and he compresses his irons - all in all, he's a decent ball-striker and his balls hold the greens when he hits them.
His handicap is always in the 15-18 range because his short game sucks...
Just got back from a 10-day trip to Seattle that included a 7-day Alaskan cruise. About the 3rd day in, all 3 of us in our stateroom were battling some sort of upper respiratory infection. Within the next 24 hours, I notice most everyone on the ship has a dry, hacking cough too.
At the end of...
If I can post up comfortably on my left side and maintain my finish until the ball lands, I know the day can't get too crazy. If, on the other hand, I'm hanging back at all or flipping my hands at impact, I know anything is possible...
That's a huge loss in distance, and probably due to something besides the clubs (i.e., there shouldn't be that much variance across any manufacturer). Maybe the lighter shafts are causing you to dump your angles early or something?
I'm good with a few chips, a few putts, and a few stretches. If I have the time, 10 wedge shots, 10 iron shots, and 2 each with hybrid, 3w, and driver will help me figure out who I brought to the course for the day and if I need to work on tempo and timing.
It always behooves you to challenge a raise in property taxes. I'm not sure what the success rate is, but anecdotally among all of those I know who've challenged, it's been 100%.
I'm sure they count on most people just taking it without complaint.
I see a lot of other people agree with my 3 choices (free, golf, beach/lake). Perhaps though, like me, it's only because they've never had a shower beer... hmmm
I played my TaylorMade R7 until it developed a crack in the hosel. Replaced it with an M6 and absolutely love it. I'd say to try whatever TaylorMade is putting out!
I work part-time for a content marketing firm, have a side hustle, still have real estate clients in Cabo, and taking a poker-dealing certification course so I can start dealing at our local casino. I usually just say I'm self-employed... haha
Bought a Certified Preowned 2021 Hyundai Tucson a couple of weeks ago, trading in our 2011 Mazda CX-7 that we used the whole time we lived in Mexico. It is the "value" trim, but has way more options and features than the Mazda. I'm really loving everything about the Hyundai so far!
