Always like seeing the figures some of these guys rack up, even outside of sponsorship and endorsements.

I was surprised by the answer to this one too. Sure, he's a great player and I'm a big big fan of his game, but it was still surprising. Maybe he just played more than anyone else up near the top.

Going off of memory alone, I believe it was Luke Donald. And yes you are correct in a few assumptions there. Look at the events he entered and the prize money.
