Hips rotating too early

I recently video'd my swing and my lower body rotates way before impact. Is there a drill to correct that?

take an alignment stick and put it through the front two beltloops on your pants. Make some swings and work on getting your hands out in front of the stick. this will help you get your hands out in front, instead of getting stuck behind.
 
Shouldn't they be rotated before impact??
 
I also suggest taking a close look to see if the problem is your hips opening too much before impace, or your torso opening up too quickly in an attempt to keep up with your hips, which in turn drag your arms. Hips can open up, but keep your torso closed and allown your wrists to rotate and move the club past your body .
