(June 8, 2010) – adidas Golf recently introduced adiPURE™, a new and innovative apparel and footwear line for the sophisticated and refined golfer, and at the time, only offered men's fashions. Now, adidas Golf is expanding the adiPURE apparel line by offering its elegance and performance to female golfers creating a range of timeless, sleek and sophisticated golf apparel for women featuring all adidas proprietary technologies in stunning colors, sleek silhouettes, and impeccable details. Women's adiPURE offers a limited collection of tailored tops, bottoms, sweaters, and layering pieces that are appropriate on or off the golf course. The first adiPURE women's apparel collection features a soft color palette of mauves and platinums for a timeless look and feel, as well as ultra soft, comfortable fabrications that feature ClimaLite®, ClimaProof®, ClimaCool®, and ClimaLite Warm technologies.
• Premium tailored fit polos incorporate sanded fabrication with Lycra® eliminating restriction, as well as a moisture-wicking peached fabrication with ClimaLite technology.
• Slim fit pants and skorts are a blend of cotton sateen and Lycra for excellent recovery and comfort on the course.
• Fitted cashmere blend sweaters and layering jackets complete and compliment the wardrobe on cooler days.
Women's styles of adiPURE apparel will be available at a limited number of green grass shops throughout the USA on June 15 as well as worldwide in the fall.
