I just started a big pot of my spaghetti sauce, 1 pound of hamburger and 1 pound of hot sausage. This will be frozen and taken to Myrtle Beach next week to feed the troops one night.

Man, I never would have guessed that was meatloaf... To bad I just started another diet or I'd be all over that. Found out today I gained back 10 of the 30 lbs I lost last year, so light meals for me(after next weeks vacation).
