drunk driving on a barstool

That thing would have come in handy about 20 years ago!
 
I saw that story yesterday. Said it'll do 28 mph or something, that's hard to hang on to when you're sober!
 
It looked like a homemade job, I've seen some that are pretty nice. 28 mph on something with that short of a wheelbase and high center of gravity would be hard to handle.
