I like to stick to words I use at least on a semi regular basis.

Capricious. An excellent word that can be used often.

I gotcha. Capricious is a good one, I just dont like saying it. Too harsg=h off the tounge, I try to speak in soft, smooth words when possible.
Yah I wrote that before I saw your post. I was speaking generally, not specifically towards you.
 
I too like to use apathy and also use esoteric fairly often.
 
Cromulent-Legitimate, authentic, genuine.
