Got home about 4:30 from the GA get together and had an absolute blast. I got to play Old Union on Friday with Bama and Ole Gray. Then played Butternut Creek with Butters, JT, and Ole Gray in the morning and Butters, dmb, and JT in the afternnon. This morning we went back to Old Union and I played with SethO, BrianT, and One-T.

My golfing was so-so, but that was secondary. It was truly a great pleasure to meet and get to hang out with so many great THPers. There were definitely a lot of new friendships formed.

Both these courses were spectacular! We had beautiful weather and a great turnout. I can't begin to tell you how much fun we had. I played 18 holes at Old Union on Friday, 27 holes at Butternut on Saturday, and 18 holes at Old Union today. I won my best ball match against Bruce on Saturday but Lefty and I were defeated by Butters35 and Dawgdaddy in our best ball match today. My game left me so poor Lefty didn't have much help. He has some serious game though! I couldn't believe some of the shots he hit. Butters and DD played fantastic and definitely deserved the win. I am so tired.

It was a good weekend by every measure. Thanks to everyone who made it happen especially Ole Gray and Kellybo. I'm sure glad it didn't take long to get home, was anyone else tired to the bone?

Just got home about 20 minutes ago and this was the first thread I checked when I logged in. First thing is a big thank you to OG and KB for orgainzing and babysitting our group for the weekend. Great job you two. I really enjoyed both courses, but the highlight was meeting and actually getting to tee it up with fellow THPers. I always enjoy getting to put faces with the people I already know here on the forum, I still have not met a THPer that I did not like, thank you everyone for making this such a wonderful weekend.

After looking at all these pictures, I realized I played this course a few years back at a friends Bachelor party when we went to the North Georgia Mountains. I had forgotten the name of the course, but remembered that I loved it.
Looks like y'all had a great time, that sure is a fun course to play.
