Having house guests means we don't eat right.
Have had fast food twice this week I believe and ate a pint of pistachio ice cream last night. I'm not even a big ice cream fan.

Yeah it's great in the moment, but I pay for it later.
Donuts and redbull were a mistake. Haven't had that much sugar at one time in a while.
